Forgotten Sketches

If it wasn't for thumb drives, I'd have forgotten about these sketches.

I managed to get another sketch in. Two days in a row is a good start... and if my internet decided not to act up, I would have had this posted yesterday.

I like this one better than yesterday's even though there was considerably less effort going into this one.

Valerie Brown of Josie and the Pussycats...I wasn't very happy with this one.

A Year's Progress

There are times I feel that I don't get any better at drawing, then things like this come along. This was a project that I actually started on last year, but it never got completed. This was a project that I would have liked to see completed more than anything, so I started over again,  doing things as I do now, and noticed the difference.

I have to say, I'm very pleased with the results on the left as compared to the one on the right. Maybe theres something to this drawing thing afterall.

Old TV

In the early '90's, "Batman" was one of my favorites. I can remember how excited I was when it came on TV for the first time. Here is a sketch of Catwoman, Poison Ivy, and Harley Quinn from that series.Lately I've caught myself watching a few older TV shows, lots of "Martin," "A Different World" is back in the rotation and lately "Sanford & Son" has been on my TV a lot.

It's Like a New World

Until a few days ago I never thought of doing my own blog. After a discussion I had with a co-worker, I decided to go ahead and do it.

I had the idea to try doing some charicatures, but not the ones that are typically seen everywhere, but with the same style I do everything else. My first attempt was to make one out of my favorite singer, Aaliyah.
